He said that he thinks the stock is a good deal at these levels. To me that is disconcerting... The stock is less than .40, big news coming and he THINKS and is not sure or certain, he only thinks its a good deal. And why only a good deal and not a great deal or an incredible deal. If he thinks the stock is going to 1.50 - $2 or higher, at this level it's a steal , not just a good deal. Maybe I am reading too much into that statement, but if I am looking for a target then it can't be too high if its anly a good deal rather than a great deal.
