Bruce: Have you ever had a problem with NDB ? How did they handle it?

What are their cash requirements with BB stocks?
Example: If you buy and sell (in that order) the same security in the same day, do you need to have any cash in the account in addition to the cash accrued from the sameday sale?

Do they charge extra for shares over a certain quantity, eg. over 5000 shares?
