TraderGreg, you bring up some great points. However, you said that when a company changes its name and symbol, that the shorts must cover their short position. RMIL shareholders never saw this when the symbol changed from OVIS last October. I do like your declaring divident idea even if it is a fraction of a penny for every share. With all those extra shares out there, you certainly can not deny some shareholders their fraction of a penny per share.
