Angela, I'll answer this post later, but I went to the NIAR page and they have removed the e-mail address.(NIAR1@juno.com) I tried to send an e-mail and it was returned. Would you please call Tom and see how we can mail him. I have sent the copies to The Florida State Comptrollers Office and the Florida State Attorney Generals Office. I think it only fair to send it to NIAR and IRAE. Regards, Ken Moss

Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn. It can get done by NIAR or STONE or GOD, so long as it gets done. If the deadlines are not met, some folks down that way will be wearing new clothes, and they will not be as fashionable as they might think.
