MSL is a private contract manufacturer with worldwide facilities and annual revenues exceeding $500 million. My faint recollection is that their customer list included companies such as AT&T, Cisco, etc. Ancor switched from Solectron to MSL in late 1995/early 1996. It is commonplace for a contract manufacturer such as MSL, Solectron, IMSX, Sanmina, Jabil,etc..to assemble/produce products for competing products/companies...Most of the data communications companies ( CSCO, BAY, LU, etc..) outsource their production.

Those NUKO fans remember that MSL and NUKO became embroiled in litigation just before NUKO went down in flames.

Patrick,

I wasn't trying to ignore your questions, but I didn't know the answers. I see that Kerry has answered some of them.
