Great post Dave. What you were told about the Bemer deal is consistent with previous information. It will happen, these things just take time. I have followed and been in TPII since the middle pennies. This company is really beginning to blossom and is positioned to really benefit from the growing demands for Year 2000 services.

The reasons given you for delay in final BMR pact agrees with reasoning given to me by the company since last December. Can't license a software product without a software product!

My out and out guess for first client to use Bemer's Vertex 2000 via TPI--Bell Canada. Only because Bell Atlantic was mentioned in the New Yorker article as pleased with the Vertex 2000 product, which they tested in December.

TPI will have all the business they can handle, in my opinion--their challenge will be the ability to attract and retain key personnel to meet the demand.
