However, this is not true of ALL societies or tribes. For example, when I was reading about the Indian nuclear tests this week, one of the newsmagazines mentioned a Bishoni village which was moved away from the site of the underground blasts. The Bishoni were described as a people who refused to kill cows, or CHOP DOWN TREES because of the pacifistic belief system. I think I was born on the wrong continent or something!! I wonder what they eat!!
