I agree. The 10Q seems favorable enough if you give them some forward credit.
There is no doubt that the "citizens" petition is a transparent ruse by Wythe. The thing is ,,, after the fact the FDA can say "one of the reasons we turned it down was that there was a ground swell of individual citizen requests that we be extra careful to determine that the long term effects of estrogen replacement be held sacrosanct"
Months after it is filed people will forget that it was a put up deal.
Wether DRMD gets approva; depends on how much light or scrutiny the FDA id under this time. If DRMD can get some congressional support or enough private groups/reporters to keep a close and open watch on them ,,they may have to capitulate and let it through. Wythe will bring unholy pressure if it looks like they are losing. This petitiion is just a first step. There will be more.
