No, you're not paranoid. Just look at the action with MAMH today, and all on a phony press release. I wouldn't doubt that MM's would reach through your computer screen and rob us blind, if they could.The best defence is to withhold shares for them to play with. In other words, DON'T SELL till the fat lady sings.
