You might check the rules on freedom of speech and how it pertains
to stocks... ONCE supposed "insider info" is leaked into the maretplace everyone and anyone is free to speculate on it... also
rumors ARE rumors until the company officially comments on them..

please don't point fingers.. however, I will say that your concerns
are valid.. but we're not at fault here. we DID not leak any insider
info..

Of curiosity ... when does "insider information" become "*formerly* insider information".

Seems to me that the SEC is interested in people trading on information that is still known only to insiders.

Once the information (or rumor of the information) becomes known to a large number of people ... such as by posting on the Internet ... it is tradeable by all of those people????

Any other interpretations?
