There may be some negotiations going on and with lawyers involved, delays are pretty common....I am in the software and hardware business, have been for 22 years, and delays are the rule.

Right now, I am sure it is in contractual talk stage....just be patient and don't hang your hat on this thing. It is one of only many positive things going on here.

Current Scientific American has a page blub on Bemer (Millennium Bug Zapper. Last Paragraph states:
"-- BMR Software had better move fast. At press time the company had yet to ship Vertex 2000 even after having pushed back the schedule several times already.---"
