Jan, it wasn't the need for information that I deemed "irrelevant". Remember. How the company is structured so long as everything is legal and does not adversely affect common shareholder value is not a major concern of mine. I don't know much about how the companies are put together and how important time lines are, and how important the players are in each of the companies so long as they are all working within the law and for the benefit of the company and its shareholders.
One point though, you threw out a mention of "Reg S" shares the other day. It's just little comments like that that spook investors who are undecided or unsure about CSHK. It is very destructive & I believe you know it! If they did a Reg S I'd fly to Italy, apologize, and apply for membership in the chicken of the month club. I hope you're reading this Rhonda!

As for violating terms of use, that is up to SI, however,>>B. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another.<<

My personal opinion is that the continual questioning in regard to Tony's personal background is "invasive of another's privacy". If disclosure was an SEC requirement it would be reported. If it's not required to be reported then it is none of your business unless Tony wishes to share it with you.

"Otherwise objectionable", John Chapman started this thread and left the discussion on SI to post on Yahoo just to get away from you and the chicken rangers. "Tortious", I think they meant "tortuous" which means among other things "devious" & "deceitful" and that is my opinion of many of the posts submitted by your group. Don't know how formal your group is, but the ones I refer to include TLC, jhild, and yourself. Others may follow just for the fun of it. All, just my opinion.

I hope you find the answers you seek because the SI thread no longer resembles a reasoned discussion forum just an arena to bash everyone in sight. Good luck in your real life.
