Finally found the news article regarding how Dell Computer Corp. chief financial officer Tom Meredith said about their business, and it was 4/27 after the market close (That's why I thought it was 4/28) biz.yahoo.com BTW, It's understandable why DELL is not interested in sub-1000 PC market. DELL is currently doing their best to expand their manufacturing capacity, burning all the cylinders, and still can not meet the demand for their high end PCs. I don't see any reason they want to sacrifice any of their energy for the low margin PCs. It is just a waste of time and effort.
