I have a new company its hasn't gone public yet is just waiting on symbol. Will trade on the otc(hopefully). But you can buy restricted shares before the ipo. Its a software/biotech/y2k/management co.
It has come up with a solution for the y2k/cancer/inpotence problems. Also has a software program that allows you to do breast augimentation in the privacy of your own home. Only works if you are already running windows 95 and using Internet explorer. Mac version may follow.
Shares are restricted till Jan 1 2000. If we don't ever get to see that date than you have to hold till I tell you can sell. The amount of Restricted shares are limited to 1million at 1.00 a piece or 2million at .50 a share. 4 million at .25 is also a possibility. So hey it really up to the new shareholders how many shares will be issued. See in my company I do believe in giving my shareholders power.
Now I hate paying all those middlemen those nasty commission so just send me the money directly(cash only)
Now once the company ipo's we will have no problem attracting the attention of every broker, stockpicker around Cause the new stock symbol for my company is TITS. Name me one of our favorite pickers that won't want to do DD on this company.
So keep that cash coming and I'll let you all know how the company is coming along just as soon as I get back in the country.
Your CEO & friend Barbara
PS don't forget to include you return address for your stock certificates and post cards from my extended South American vacation
