Ikar has re-incorporated in the State of Delaware. Henceforth, the company will be known as ''Ikar Mineral Corp.'' The company's shares will continue to be traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol ''IKAR.'' The company has now applied to become a fully-reporting issuer. This is the best part. A very sharp move on their part "moving" to Delaware and applying to become fully reporting !!! IKAR is not trading the way it use to, matter of fact the opposite is occurring with a small amount of buying the stock is acting more positive on the upside as selling has little effect on a consistent basis. This stock was driven down to .90 a few weeks ago and if you look at the charts its slow steady rise is very obvious. Then step back and look at the timing in regards to the meeting with the IMF and Tajikistan's government officials. Randy at IKAR is not just meeting with the IMF he has much more on his agenda than that since he will be gone for Approx; 30 days with a schedule full of meetings to work out the future in regards to IKAR. Yes, IKAR is not trading the way it used to. I have followed it for ~ 3 months and noticed after the cusip# change she traded like a "real" stock. Also, the fact the IMF is even talking to him speaks volumes. Alan, I truly hope people will read all they can about this. There are times when folks will just "cruise" through SI posts and not take the time to "smell the flowers". When I saw that you were a believer in IKAR ( as I knew what kind of DD'er you are) it simply justified my positive thoughts on this company. Joe PTG&LI !!! long IKAR all have a great weekend
