Gene, I think Kurlak not only creates an emotional response, but a moral reponse as well.

IMHO, that call, like every analyst call, had moral and ethical dimensions as well as pecuniary implications.

He can make make you money, but to defend Tom Kurlak solely on the basis of "hey, the guy got me out of INTC when it was @ 96" is IMHO similar to saying "hey, Mussolini made the trains run on time".

Both true statements.
Both missing a greater truth entirely.
