Tom, A friend of mine suggested that I look at ATVI so that's what I'm doing. I just have one comment about the facts you stated. You mentioned that there are about 300 employees and this number is not supposed to increase much. To me this is not a good sign. You do not want to have too much overhead, but revenues cannot grow indefinitely without a headcount increase. If they've grown fast up to now and they are just taking it easy for a year to digest the growth then OK but otherwise it doesn't look good. Do you know what the headcount growth has been to date? AI
