The reasons given for changing accounting firms sounded very reasonable, in my opinion. They were spending more time on their others clients' taxes rather than finishing up the financials for '97. (that was why it took so long) They were in NY, while most of the growing Firamada is west of the Mississippi. The Houston firm is larger and more accommodating to the increasing needs of Firamada's growth. The location was more convenient for Firamada.
