I've been a lurker for some time, and have actually tried to acquire some shares at various times but missed the upswing. There is one concern I have with this company which has prevented me from offering more than $1.50 for it. It seems to me that this companies entire future is based on acquiring someone elses technology, which is why things have ground to a halt over the last six months. It seems to me that a company worth investing in for the long haul should be able to operate more independently than this one seems to be able to. I'd love to be convinced otherwise so please share your thoughts. GM
