ADR REPORT - Emerging markets highlights

INDONESIA - Telephone company PT Telekom (TLKM.JK) (TLK - news) ended 1/16 higher at
7-1/16, while telecommunications company Indonesian Satellite Corp. (Indosat) (ISAT.JK) (IIT -
news) closed 7/8 higher at 13-7/8.

One dealer said prices were being supported by people entering the market in search of bargains.

"There are some bottom fishers," he said.

managed to end higher after trading lower earlier in the day. Indonesia Fund Inc. (IF - news) closed
1/4 higher at five and Jakarta Growth Fund Inc. (JGF - news) edged 7/16 higher at 3-7/16.

BRAZIL - Telecommunications giant Telebras S.A. (TEL_p.SA) (TBR - news), the federal holding
company that is deemed a bellwether stock for Latin America, put on 1-7/8 to close at an unofficial
116-1/2.

On May 14, the holding company reported a net profit of 1.07 billion reais for the first quarter,
compared with 819.7 million for the same period a year ago.

It published a day later the first-quarter earnings of its 14 cellular spin-offs but without comparative
figures.

Thanks for the post LAZ. It looks like we can add Qatar and Bahrain to the list of countries mentioned by Roger the other night. We appear to be rapidly increasing world wide awareness of Digitcom. I like the fact that Tatiana has already held a conference with 80 professionals in MOSCOW. She seems to be of the same aggressive nature as Jimmy Chin.and with that kind of leadership involved we will only secure our position in the world of GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS. Patience is all we have to contribute at this point to realize our dreams of financial success with our DGIV investments.
