DISSECTING THE LINES of the newsletter, here are some interesting tidbits that I picked up: "I know that Digitcom's involved stockholders have helpedinsulate us from some of the ups and downs that many Bulletin Board companies endure." RM: Even though we have seen ups and downs, our volatility has been minor as compared not only with BB stocks, but with many NASDAQ stocks. This is a compliment from Jimmy to our cohesiveness, but also a recognition of how holding a large part of the float smooths us out. Hey, Jimmy, don't you think we long term holders should be rewarded for our standing behind DGIV? :-) (never hurts to ask) "The last two months have seen the Company secure partners anxious to move ahead with delivering international long distance services from Europe, Russia, Australia, and Indonesia." RM: These are done deals, with revenues to follow "Vietnam, and the Philippines to raise Digitcom's profile in those countries." RM: These may be still in the negotiation stage. "I'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate Joseph Estrada of the Philippines on his resounding victory in his campaign for President. I had a very good conversation with him while in Manila ..." RM: Wonder if Jimmy is pursuing a Phillipine government concession with one of their telcos? "And, I expect to be racking up some more "frequent flyer" miles in the coming weeks. The addition of Ms. Maha El Kelish to Digitcom's executive ranks..." RM: Sounds like Jimmy's next trip might be to the Middle East "Roger Templeton, participated in an online "chat" this past Wednesday. He pointed out the great interest in our progress toward a NASDAQ listing..." RM: NASDAQ is the first thing mentioned; a sign of its importance. "I know some have been counting down since DGIV stock reached the $4.00 mark!)" RM: Remember, that is the minimum for NASDAQ small cap listing. Need 30 days. By my calculations we went over $4 on April 13, so WE MADE THAT HURDLE! Looks to me like small cap is a slam dunk. So why have we not heard any more? Maybe because there is a bigger slam dunk in the works? Let's read some more... "We have been preparing the SB-10 document for filing over the past weeks. As a result of my recent trip, there are revisions and amplifications that must be made to it." RM: They probably started the SB-10 process in early April, since the news release on NASDAQ reporting came our on April 2nd. However, the revisions and amplifications means only one thing: this thing has gotten much bigger as a result of Jimmy's contracts, so the SB-10 has had to be redone. Wonder if it is being revised for mid cap? "Roger assures me that the "10" will be ready for filing within the next two weeks." RM: OK, folks, how more definitive can you get? I don't know about you, but I'm not going to look for news, for contracts, for anything for two weeks. If we get them, that's fine, but what Jimmy and Roger are telling us right here is that they will file the 10 within two weeks. That form will tell us infinitely more than any news announcements possibly could. This is why I have been urging lately to just cool it and let's await their filing. OK, that's enough for now. Might do more dissection later.
