Two satellites fail.

Flight International reports in the 6th May issue that the Teledesic T1 using an OSC bus and built by Boeing has failed and ceased operating.

The Indostar satellite built by CTA now part of Orbital has suffered a serious battery problem and is operating below capacity.

These things happen but it is perhaps part of the recent decline in the stock and could be also part of the reason for a launch delay.
