Some thoughts after listening to the conference call twice and reading
the 10-Q that was filed on Friday:

Gross margin rose again for the second quarter in a row. COO Allen
said more than once that margins will continue to improve during the
6/30/98 quarter. I will not be surprised if gross margin is better
than 26% when results are reported again in September.

Revenues for the 6/30/98 quarter will beat those of the 6/30/97 quarter.
This will be the first qtr vs qtr gain since 3/31/97.

ATCT continues to lower SG&A expenses. The company will have positive
EBITDA, and there is a very real possibility of a profit for the
6/30/98 quarter.

Even though there will not be any quarterly results reported until
late September there will be news events. Probably before the S-4 is
publicly filed there will be an announcement of a lease being signed
for a new call center. Then, the S-4 will be filed. Then, the share-
holders will vote, and the results will be announced. If the merger
closes as planned in July then we will have a new CEO, and who knows
how press releases will be handled then?

All in all, I liked what I heard on the call. I continue to hold my
position, including the shares I bought at the end of 1997.

Phil
