Steel! <LOL>
It's just like a dog peeing on his territory. They want the RMIL shareholders, who comprise a large majority of the TVSI shareholders posting on this thread, to be taught a lesson. But, I never met a group of stronger willed folks than RMIL, and now Planet Sports, shareholders. I guarnantee you, the RMIL'ers who have a position in TVSI will take the RMIL experience with them in every BB investment they have...yes, I've been supeonaed by an admitted shortseller, yes, I've been threatened, yes I get tons of junk-mail but....I'm a shareholder, no more....they've printed articles in the Boulder paper, that I'm a 'pump and dumper', their accomplices work these threads, but...I can care less! If need be, we will, again, insure our investment by getting our shares in Name Form, if anyone thinks we're bluffing, check out the 48K posts on the RMIL thread.
You're right, absolutely right why you short a $.03 stock, the same reason you buy a $.03 stock, but my point is, they shorted it from $.30 and continued shorting to keep it where they could cover painlessly......its time to cover!!

Glad you're aboard TG!!

Naw, it doesn't take steel cohones to short a company you've rigged to fail. Not that I'm saying TVSI is, but there've been plenty of examples of phony companies set up by these guys and their cronies purely for the purpose of pumpin n' shortin' n ' dumpin' into oblivion.

The safe harbor act is a double edged sword. It essentially allows fraudsters to set up scam companies, make extravagant claims about potential contracts, joint ventures, etc. to pump up the price, then shrug their shoulders and say "oh well, just didn't work out" as they waltz off to Rio with another 10 million or so of grandma and grandpa's life savings.

These people need to remember one thing. It WILL come back on them someday. The Ceaucescus found that out. The Albanian government did, too. The Indonesian government is finding it out right now. You can only screw the common man for so long, and then he WILL screw back.

VIVA GORDITAS !!!
I am there !
