Well James wouldn't you agree the DOJ's intervention in the the telecom industry and cable tv was a relief to consumers ? No. Microsoft is not being singled out or persecuted because of its abnormal success and profitability. Being abnormally successful is un-American. Such transgretions should be severely punished. Excess profits are evil. Karl Marx told me so. Believe me James, when this is all straightened out you will be thankful you live in a system that self corrects and has a government ,in spite of it's many deficiencies, which doesn't allow business to get out of hand, no matter how rewarding it is for the shareholders, channel partners, etc. Every night I say a prayer thanking the government for protecting me from the evil monopolists who seek to exploit me. I am so helpless without their benevolent protection.
