An excellent response. You are absolutely correct.

I have seen this first hand with companies. The newly hired auditors would not rely on the work papers of another firm, even if they had access to them. The work papers supporting the prior audit is the property of the former accounting firm not FAMH. The new firm will have to conduct a financial and operational audit encompassing all aspects of FAMH in order to give a qualified opinion and before they file any forms with the SEC. Best Regards,
