A fine evening it is, Dave. I am going to watch "Washington Week in Review", and hope that it does not have Frank Sinatra singing anywhere on it. Not to disrespect the dead or anything, but every program I tried to watch today somehow worked his death into it, including a talking heads segment on Jim Lehrer's Newshour on his significance.

The worst thing is that my teenaged daughter now has a Sinatra song stuck in her head, and cannot stop singing/humming it. Since this would be considered WAY uncool at school, and since no one in our household really ENJOYS Sinatra songs, I am thinking of how I could best deprogram her over the weekend. Maybe that old Sex Pistols album, "God Save the Queen" again and again and again? Or some Madness? I must be in an early eighties mood at the moment!!

Have a happy evening!
