Thanks all.....TPII is a stock I am betting is getting ready to move to the next level, with or without the BMR deal.

I think it will happen, largely because I think that TPII has excellent software, sharp[ management, and is a bit more diversified than other Y2K companies.

Management was the first asset that Jim Janis talked about and said they were very sharp, experienced, and professional, which should make this upcoming ROAD SHOW to attract more Wall Street coverage and business prospects easier.

They are doing a great job of getting their foot in the door of big companies like PROFAC and still getting a 50% margin on the business. Nothing wrong with $1.5 million if they JUST do the assessment at all the PROFAC facilities. That should equate to net income of $750,000, I understand. Of course, add'l work could also be granted. ANd the resume keeps getting better all the time, too.

There is going to be WAY too much business for all Y2K providers soon. IBM and LOCKHEED and others are already subbing out like mad, and turning down some jobs. Things will get a bit panicky soon. I believe I heard that only something like 3% of all businesses have dealt with the problem yet....just in North America.

Our goal is to HOLD, BUY MORE ON ANY DIPS, and talk this stock up to friends and family, so we can build a solid base and bust through $2-1/8 on the next news, so we can move this to $4.00.

Good luck,
Dave
