Sure doesn't look good, does it? Wonder how we could get an audit or accounting of some type. Could be they just don't understand the requirements, not an excuse by any means, but it's happened before with other companies.

I don't have my calculator, someone help me out. 16M x .024 = ? Is this to much of a salary for a president and CEO? If I was getting paid in stock and had no other income, I believe I would probably sell some to pay the rent and buy vittles. Does a non-reporting BB stock have to file anytime an insider sells? I see in the S8-pos filing dated 3/30/98 that the authorized number has increased to 350,000,000. On 2/19/98 it was 200,000,000. I have found no reference to the change.Did they have the authority to increase the authorized number of shares? Did the directors ram this through without even a mention to shareholders? Why not an *K filing on this change? It did"materially effect" shareholders.Again IMO,they aren't selling kits-they're selling stock...DD
