TokyoMex - I think I have uncovered a gem that has been causing me much pain over the past year or so. Check out my detailed post under Innovus (INUS). The Company has been a dog for years. In fact, I am blown out. However, the Company recently announced a reverse merger with Intermark Corporation. Intermark Corp. is a developer of internet software and innovators in Electronic Software Delivery (ESD). The Company also publishes WebSnake, the most powerful on-line browser and CoolCat, a powerful 32 bit HTML editor. According to mgmt, the STEALTH ESD solution is a diagnostic based software product which enables the rapid download and installation of application software on any users PC using the internet, modem, and other standard communication protocols (Cable Modem/Satellite). Key here is that the ESD solution will greatly enhance the ability to sell and deliver software electronically by dramatically reducing download times and by automatically installing software for immediate use. THIS TECHNOLOGY ENABLES CONSUMERS TO BYPASS THE TRAFFIC JAMS CUASED BY LENGTHY DOWNLOADS COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER METHODS OF ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION. It sounds to me like this solves the bandwidth issues associated with other technologies, perhaps like Cybersource. There are only like 7 million shares outstanding. The stock moved a little today, but I suspect the stock will soar next week and on additional details surrounding this technology. Importantly, the company files with the SEC and the Intermark board of directors includes some real stars. I am buying more on Monday. Good luck folks. The STUD!!!
