Hi Gator,

Agora's post was just a comment, not their update yet. So no they didn't respond to the various questions you mentioned. They did say the update is coming soon.

One point of clarification: the withdrawl of the EOP does not of itself jeopardize any funding. That may or may not happen but not directly as a result of withdrawing the EOP. As regards specific warrants the EOP merely refers to how those warrants in question will be disposed. With the withdrawl, the warrants (as I understand it) simply revert back to their former status of being instruments within their private placements. The private placement(s) (and the conditions attached) are not affected by this EOP withdrawl. In other words, the PP I refered to earlier taken down by insiders at $.80 that was covered by the EOP will still remain in place as per the original PP. One further comment about PPs: the VSE has some brand new rules worth checking out. In recognition of the overall slide in the past year on the VSE there are some new quirks in the repricing of options and warrants. Without getting technical, it is a bit easier to reprice downward but with some interesting restrictions that I think will work to shareholders benefit.

Todays clarification clarified nothing. See my next post to Agora.

regards,
ghunk
