any chance?

Intel down 4 and change today. Chip dependency not good. Intel looking to diversify into networking helpware. Intel watching Network Associates grow. Intel can pick up some good networking software and technology cheap by buying out Quarterdeck QDEK.

Sounds feasible to QWAY partners.

Procomm32, ProComm Connections, Rapid Remote, Tune-up.com, ViruSweep, CleanSweep, RealHelp, DiskClone, Partion-it, Select-it, Zip-it, QEMM, WebCompass, WinProbe, Fix-it, Remove-it, IWare-Connect.

80 million net revenue for <$100,000,000 open market. Cash pays off long term debt. QDEK 1 1/2

An irony in this whole TK-news-release-dropping-the-stock-price-thing is that Intel just this year chose Merrill Lynch as the exclusive broker to process all of Intel's employee stock option exercises. Let the conspiracy theorists chew on that one for a while...
