This is not Nov.- Feb. all over again. There is no basis for the fear that happened back then and it won't happen. Oil prices have stabilized and there is no fall from 20s to below 15 like back then. Well, you could say there was some basis for the fear back then based on the decline of oil prices. While the guy is right that we won't face a fall from 20's to below 15 like back then, it's not comforting to note that the reason is because we're already below 15. Baird
