However, there is an outside chance that a "king" of floorless has learned something? If, I say if, the quality of the enterprise is high, the quality of the funding may also follow suit. But then again ........ I'm becoming convinced of one of two things, either this is above board and a good deal, or the SEC is going to nail some people to the wall, time will tell.
