Milehigh Depending on the amount of leverage in your account, you can move them to cash or some of them.. which means the broker must buy them back and place them in your account which reduces the overall short of the stock. If a few days later you need the buying power back for whatever reason let the broker know and you will have it back on Margin. Believe me Market Makers and short traders read these site to get a feel for the shareholders attitude. Right now they realize enough is enough. COVER or BLEED!!!! Don
