Young - I agree in principal; however, if it can be proven that C&D put out the SELL to intentionally cause the stock to drop to cover their (or anyone else's) short position, this is a justifiable cause for legal action. Jean and Glenn can answer in a couple of ways: (1) Let the strength of PNLK answer for itself - life goes on (2) Hire specialists in investigating this type of activity and pursue any wrongdoing on behalf of the company and their shareholders At this point, I would assume #1; lack of funds for legal purposes and unwanted negative publicity. However, not acting now does not preclude PNLK from taking action later when they are in a strong financial position. As a minimum, I would get the evidence of wrong doing while the trail is hot and store it away for later. Congratulations on your 3K buy @$4.3!!! Cheers, George
