Now we know Billy is scared to death, he can't even sleep. The short is driven so far up his backside (___) he tosses and turns all night. His wife is probably giving him hell cause he lost the family jewels on the short side of the most powerful bull market in anyones lifetime. So instead of taking it like a man he cries like a baby, only according to his bio he's a grown man.

THERE YOU GO AGAIN BILLY BOY.....For a change, why don't you get your FACTS STRAIGHT!

"Cyberguard continues to loose ever-increasing amounts of money..."

Billy Boy...would you care to look at REALITY?
12 month period ending 6/96 Loss of $5.28/share
12 month period ending 6/97 Loss of $1.76/share
Quarter ending 12/31/97 Loss of 34 cents/share
Quarter ending 3/98 Loss of 20 cents/share

"Cyberguard has shown nearly zero growth quarter over quarter. For a company which claims to be in a hot industry, this is a good indication of just how weak the business really is."
Once again, your analysis is warped by your pathetic excuse for research. Could you tell me a couple of IMPORTANT developments that have taken place since 1/98?? Here is a clue, it has to do with a product that constitutes over 60 percent of the firewall market. 10 percent of total revenues for a quarter secondary to a product that was available for less than two months. YOU HAVE GUESSED WHICH PRODUCT I'M TALKING ABOUT....HAVEN'T YOU? By the way, according to SC Mag. it's ONE OF THE BEST PRODUCTS AVAILABLE! (I'm not talking about the 4.0 product...hint hint.)

COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE NUMBER OF PILOT PROGRAMS THAT HAVE BEEN STARTED OVER THE PAST 3-6 MONTHS IN THE E-COMMERCE SECTOR??? What happens after the pilot programs have run their course? Given the comments by reps from Coopers and Lybrand and the Gartner Group, what are the odds that these pilot programs will not develop into SUBSTANTIAL relationships?
"CYBG is grossly overvalued and will soon trade in the low single digits."
BILLY BOY, WEREN'T YOU SAYING THE SAME THING WHEN CYBG WAS IN THE 7-8 DOLLAR RANGE?...Ofcourse you were.
By the way, what is VRSN's Market cap and how much revenues did they generate last year? Overvalued??????????????????????

Sincerely,

Jas

Mr. Wexler:

> CYBG is grossly overvalued and will soon trade in the low single digits.

With all due respect to you, I do rest my case with you for which you are truly a special and unique case of insanity at its best. Therefore I strongly suggest for you to go ahead and continue short selling the stock at these levels. And if I were you I would keep this brilliant investment strategy to myself! Let us idiots continue to be long on the stock and buy the shares you are shorting. If we all thought the same way as you do then who would on earth buy the shares we all collectively short?!

So if you are smart enough (and I am sure you are!), you would keep this great secret about Cyberguard being a scam and fraud, etc. to yourself and take advantage of your brilliance in discovering this and continue making huge money from it (by short selling the stock). Why do you want to share your brilliance with the rest of the world that do not appreciate you very much?! The hell with them and take advantage of their ignorance of your brilliant mind!!!

Regards,
