Robert, they reported an extraordinary loss (non-recurring) of $17.6MM relating to the early extinction of debt. I noted that interest expense (net of interest income) jumped by 3.6MM. There was also a large increase in the debt load from $114MM to $276MM. Basically, what I saw was healthy-looking numbers relating to sales and COGS but some questionable looking stuff relating to the financing of the company. I don't follow this stock, so this is just my quick impression. I could be totally wrong. TTFN, CTC
