For investors who watch pots of water boil? Watch daily one day charts and one year charts. News releases for fundamental changes are important; but not many will change the price of the stock. Insiders' info or buying, may not be true or may be just wishful potential. Institutional changes in SEC 13d/a report is very important; and needs analysis immediately. Large buying standing orders can be detected by the liquidity in the stock. Firm price when large number of sell trades occur; is a tell tail sign of a good investment.
