Sort of. I thought Intel got its options from buy-backs and shareholder approved actions.

I heard that the "burn rate" for middle managers at Intel was over $200,000 these days. (options that have to be exercised before they expire) Sure helps explain why houses in Los Altos and other good areas - Saratoga- are busting through $1,000,000.
