I have a question for everyone.

What is the total number of shares needed to constitute a shareholder approval or a shareholder disproval?

I read somewhere, that if a single entity or group owned the "controlling interest" in a company, it is still required that a percentage of the minority interest must also vote on the side of the majority for an approval or disproval.

I would say the merger is a certainty .ESVS probably had the financials way back unaudited. The SEC should have no problem with this merger.
