Archibald:

I agree with you to some extent that the unbridled enthusiasm over the "awesome news" needs to be tempered a little. The major part of the news release is that a contract was expected to be signed but the deal has not been consummated. It sounds nice to say we're still negotiating, but the MAJOR news is that the expected deal is not yet a deal. Let's stay sane and rational. I see the message as a hold, not good or bad news.

Archibald, What I like about the news, is that it helps to keep the shareholders informed. What they said was nothing great. But it did indicate that they might have something great in the works.

The company had said they would have substantial news for this week. And when when things did not come together as quickly as they hoped, they let the shareholders know. It gives me more confidence in the company. It maintains their credibility.

I don't know that the news will cause a big run up in price. But I think it helps to maintain stability in the price. And will likely help to continue the steady upward climb.

In my opinion the news is good for the long term value because it should help to maintain good shareholder support. I also think it will likely keep more people holding their shares, waiting to see how big the next news will be.

In business not all things come together as quickly as anticipated But I do like a company that is considerate enough to let the shareholders know when they are unable to produce in the time frame that they expected. In my opinion this shows honesty and integrity.
