Valuespec: Sorry about that, I should have read the first line. I thought I could prompt someone into reading it though so I didn't have too. oh well. The offering has to do with the "deal sweetening" warrants, that were granted in the last bond offering. It's neither here nor there maybe a positive bias because the capital management fund gets to exercise the warrants when they feel like it. It looks good because everything has went as planned and should make it easier to do a offering, either bond or equity, next time. cheers
