For one thing all the analyst where concentrating on the K-Tec Division which I'm sure you know did around 10% work for Compaq. That is where the trouble was in K-Tec with Compaq slowing that also slowed K-Tec but they have since picked up new customers to cover the slow down in Compaq. Also, hopefully Compaq will pick back up and increase business. They signed some big companies in K-Tec and the names where mentioned in the conference call but we where asked not to publish them anywhere and I will honor that. Also, they are currently courting approx. 12 more accounts and they believe they will pick up about 4 of those 12 no names where mentioned here. They also are giving quotes for K-Tec service like crazy and are having a hard time keeping up with the request. K-Tec is running about 70% capacity and have space in the plant to add enough equipment to boost capacity 200%. When questioned about the amount of cash they are holding they where asked about share buy back but where quick to mention if they did that it would hamper any acquisitions that they might be considering, when questioned on that they basically mentioned Europe as having a possible company they might be interested in but went into no more detail. In conclusion this coming quarter is still going to be flat to down but the 3rd is when the profits will finally be realized and start showing on the books. We should realize full potential in KNT by spring. Andy, I hope this sheds some light on KNT I really feel strong about this company and I do believe we will realize a nice profit. I was really impressed after the conference call and I do feel the company was sincere in their remarks. Time will only tell but I am holding and adding to my holding as the weak are getting out.
