Well, thanks for the post.. but I hate it when people post a stock price prediction.. NO ONE can predict the price of a stock... maybe we will gap up.. maybe we won't... I feel the stock is undervalued but that's all you'll catch me saying. As to the financing part of it... if we do issue convertible debentures... I hope that as I stated earlier 1) We get something incredible in return 2) That they are NOT floorless and that whatever the terms are they are done in the best interest of BOTH the company and the shareholders. I know for a fact, that the SEC council is working hard with the CEO.. but I hadn't heard that their SEC lawyer is there too.. but shoot with all these rumors going round.. if a fraction of them are true.. they need all the professional advice they can get to make sure NOTHING goes wrong! jim
