Thanks Bill. I am not so stupid as to take advise given here, or elsewhere, without further DD. I do, of course, appreciate your concerns and warning. I mentally append a IMO to any posts received. BTW, the correct English spelling for tookas should be "toochas", which is the Hebrew "chet" , deriving from the word tachat, actually meaning "under" although it is colloquially used to refer to a part of the anatomy. However, as I am not a licensed linguist, you should refer to an expert for further etymological analysis. Cordially and repectfully, FRED.

Dear Bill-- re your post 18595--I've just been educating myself by reading old posts on this thread. I'm puzzled by the lack of caution or lack of paranoia, as the case may be, on May 5 when several of the non-experts proffered advice/advise regarding hedging of blue chip portfolios. See #18595-etc. Why could I not be afforded the same courtesy as Chip? Must I pay $350/hour to an estate tax expert for ideas that others were all to eager to offer? Why did you silence them in my case? This is my last post to this thread (unless provoked)--but we are all certainly gentlemen and not in the business of gratuitously provoking other well-meaning posters. Fred
