Your pick up on the Sr. exec in patent law from Xerox is an important point as well. Interestingly enough that is one of the points that my non-stock friends picked up on just from watching TV. I remember all the technical debates going on about XYBR's units last fall, and the worries about the expense of the unit. Shot themselves in the foot, I guess, lol, and I suppose a lot of us who decided to take a loss at that time. It feels good to be back in. I am not so sure that the TMex/Lankry crowd is out yet, but if not they will be soon, I think. Let's hope so, but on any real "run" they could very well be back. I was watching in a daytrader chat room and did see a lot of them say "OK, next" on Friday, so I hope you are right. I much prefer steady holding growth in a stock, with normal dips and blips, than huge runups which must come back down before they start a normal rise again.

Production roll-outs in July/Aug is essentially right around the corner and it is hardly worth the tax loss and risk of having to buy in at a higher price than one sold to be churning this stock, JMHO.
