Bill, in the WSJ article Ms. Lipson called the child health niche in China a "no brainer", because of the powerful infatuation of the Chinese people for western-style medicine for their children. From personal experience I've discovered the hard way that a "gimme" can easily become a "gotcha", due to taking too much for granted. Similar to what you stated, I too have seen companies which become so overconfident of their eventual success that they neglected to oversee on a daily basis the incremental steps needed to achieve the overall plan. I'll give them six months to prove their ability to generate business, and MAKE money, at their existing Beijing clinic. Bill.

CHDX signs agreement with L'oreal of Paris for distribution of a cosmetics line to retail pharmacies in eastern China. Bill, I feel that we'll be in good shape if Chindex markets goods in China as well as it convinces numerous huge conglomerates around the world that it knows how to do so.
