Howard,

Excellent post. One of the most intelligent and well thought out I have seen on this thread. I would fully support your idea on the SEC letter and complaint and would be glad to add my name to it. To this end I would also be glad to help any way I can.

I would, however have to agree with the way Glenn is handling his critics. Publicly, I too would completely ignore them (within reason).
I would never attempt to justify my validity by answering their criticism because people tend to question who you are trying to convince; them or yourself. In the long run the performance of the company will speak for itself. Behind the scenes, I would use any resource available to challenge them and make them accountable for blatantly false statements. For one, as you suggest, this can be done through complaints to the SEC.

It never pays to go into the mud to get the pig.

I have to admit I thought about selling on the next spike up but after playing with the site I will continue to hold. IMO this is going to be huge and we are in at ground level.

Good Luck All!

THE STOCK DETECTIVE

My second and last SI rant on this subject is a copy of my e-mail to THE STOCK DETECTIVE.

(Dear Stock Detective):

I believe that you have prematurely judged this stock and company and presented some factually inaccurate items as fact. You state that the PNLK has no clients and no website. Your article was dated the same day the PNLK site was scheduled to open; it has, in fact opened. The PR company associated with PNLK stated the exact day it would open - and it did open. In addition, they had a preview website at the same address during the time the final site was being prepared. So, your statement that no website exists is incorrect and was incorrect the same day you published the story. In addition, it was misleading because a site existed when you stated it did not. You would have been less suspect as having ulterior motives if you had merely waited one business day. Do you own stock in the "competitors" you list? BTW, how is YOUR (AXXS) stock doing and what is its history? The securities firm that reported a "sell" on this stick has a history of being charged with trading abuses by the SEC. Did you investigate their short position? Have you ever seen ANY securities company issue two statements in two days about a BB stock?

While you do a service in many cases, this treatment of this stock and its company is entirely unfair. It is starting the same way some of the other internet stocks began and has started working relationships with some major players. This information is available to anyone with a lick of sense and the ability to type "Y-A-H-O-O". To put credence in a third rate firm with a history of alleged abuses (also researchable, Mr. Detective) over published facts, compounded by impatience to wait one business day, smacks of extreme irresponsibility.

Finally, please change your the comment on the deputy contribution ("deputy dicks", as you call them) page to read, "Click here to read what some of our Deputies have to Say..." The plural of "deputy" is "deputies". "Deputy's" is a possessive of one deputy, so the phrase is both incorrect with regard to number and usage ("deputies" is a noun and "deputy's" is an adjective describing an object owned or possessed by a deputy).

Good luck in your endeavor to protect people from stock scams. Please consider putting the same attention to detail in your research and articles as you should in using correct grammar on your website. It will make you seem more intelligent and believable, despite whatever ulterior motives you may have. Until you do, I will have to let you use others as your deputy "dicks".

REQUEST YOUR STOCK CERTIFICATES!

This will force shorters to cover their positions. From what I see, this board has a fairly substantial percentage of the float. Perhaps we can determine to a reasonable extent how much we collectively own.

This is one area where we do have control.

Any feedback on this idea is most welcome. Looking forward to
another rewarding week.

Regards,

Mark

Dr. Epstein, your instincts are good. People's true motives are unclear on the Internet. You don't even know to whom you are chatting. That is the reason to do your own DD and to use your own judgment!

With time you will learn whose posts have value.

BB stock is risky and only funds which can be lost should be
used. Your best judgment can be wrong. Companies with the best
intentions can fail. Nevertheless, substantial risk/reward follow this type of investing.

That being said--My opinion is this is a keeper.

PNLK is an idea whose time has come. We are entering a global
market place (ex. NAFTA and GATT) of global commerce. Trade barriers
are being removed (WTO). The Internet is a primary source of contact.
PNLK is in the forefront of this new age!

Individual's with vision have spent 2 years with quality firms
preparing this launch. All we have to do to share the vision is to buy and hold!

Those who can't stand the heat should get out of the kitchen!
Believers...stop worrying...get a life! Your choice...

Lady Luck

Howard, great post !

I do agree with you that everybody including G.Z should mail a complaint to the SEC, and I will support any legal action against
Chatfield Dean and/or the MM's (did call C-D office on Fri. Cheryl was
in a meeting all day, and Sandy/the prez was unavail...meeting, my

I will register my complaint with the SEC.

Take Care
