Yes Carl, there is a gap between what Stockwatch says and what most of the longs believe, true. I think it is true that someone IS lying, yes. Or at least being so one sided as to be wilfully inaccurate. I am saying what I rightly or wrongly believe, and sincerely.

But what most of the longs believe that you have not seen in any company announcement may not be accurate. Actually the history of this thing is one year deep and LOTS has been said by the company in that time. We aren't making this stuff up. And there are other sources too. One net source of internal legal documents leaked from Dome Mines for instance.

What I would have people believe are the facts. I am dismayed by the long time wait for the 4th ruling. I do not say I know exactly which way it will go. But I have an opinion. It is based on extensive research and talking directly to the principals and asking tough questions. I don't suck up to management and on more than one occasion have "irked" them a tad. I want the straight answers. So far I have gotten them with no evasion. I will be straight with you. Management does not know when the decision will be made. They say they do not know which way the court will rule. And yes they originally said that the possibility of further legal action in terms of the 4th ruling and the gold rights was initially not known to them. BUT I think that situation has changed in time. Their latest statements reveal more
confidence that the matter will be completely resolved in this ruling.

I do have a long time acquaintance with Dome Mines. I don't trust them or like them as some have observed. They are extremely prevaricative. Their company announcements have been consistently misleading. I have personal experience with their lying directly to me. They have an extensive history of bad decisions on the behalf of shareholders overseas and have lost a great deal of money. They have rarely been candid prior to these revelations of their inadequacy in these departments. Their latest is their ignominous departure from Costa Rica which they screwed up completely.

Believe what you will. But immerse yourself more deeply before you make any judgement. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Drink deep or taste not the Pierian spring.
